ETAOO offers training programs in:

Computers: with the support of the Municipality of Santa Rosa de Copán through the Municipal Center for Human and Technological Development (CMDyT), free courses are given in Basic Computing (80 hours), Graphic Design (70 hours), Digital Literacy (82 hours), talks on topics of humanity and soft skills (between 1 and 24 hours).

Gastronomy: includes different modalities such as Basic Cooking, International Cooking, Buffet Cooking, Christmas Cooking, Salty Snacks, Sweet Snacks, Basic Pastry, Advanced Pastry, Basic Bakery, Basic Chocolate, among others, with duration between 6 hours, 50 hours and up to 80 hours.

Barismo: currently only the basic Barismo level (80 hours) is offered.

Beauty and Cosmetology: two modalities are offered: the general course (80 hours) and the specialization in nail techniques (60 hours), colorimetry (60 hours).

Barbering: the course has a duration of 80 hours.

Cutting and Dressmaking: includes tailor-made courses to learn about women's basic garments, men's basic garments, bed linen, curtains and tablecloths, and beekeeping suits, among others, with a duration of 60 to 160 hours.

Electricity: includes two sequential levels, Basic Electricity and Residential Electricity, lasting from 80 to 160 hours.

Carpentry: courses have been offered in basic carpentry, lathe, artistic lathe, and beekeeping, with a duration of 80 to 160 hours. Wood carving courses of 80 or more hours are also offered.

Welding: this course is usually one of the least frequently offered, with a duration of 160 to 180 hours.

On a less regular basis, other programs are offered, such as Handicrafts and Handmade Bookbinding, Pickle Making and Packaging, Human Development Talks and Environmental Talks, among others, with a duration of 1 to 8 hours.
