Information for companies wishing to hire migrants

Requirements

• The Free Trade Zone company must be solvent with the monthly amount "Processing Service", before the CNZF.
• Residence Form.
• Residence application letter.
• 2 passport size photos.
• Photocopy of used passport pages.
• Birth certificate (Authentic and/or apostille of the country of origin).
• Criminal record (Authentic and/or apostille from country of origin).
• Medical certificate (Authentic and/or apostille from country of origin).
• Articles of Incorporation of the company certified by a notary public.
• General power of attorney for administration.
• Photocopy of the proxy's identity card.
• Guarantee of the CNZF in favor of the applicant company.
• Guarantee of the company to the employee.
• Employment contract conditioned to the granting of residence in the country.
• Maintenance act and responsibility of the employer to guarantee the return to the country of origin once the labor contract is concluded.

Fees

Form C$ 50.00, temporary residence C$ 2000.00, card C$ 2,000.00, change of motivation C$ 600.00, certificate of domicile C$ 300.00, permanent residence for five years C$ 5,000.00, right to work C$ 500.00.
