Information for companies interested in hiring migrants

Foreigners hired by natural or legal persons established in the country, or by governmental or non-governmental institutions, may opt for a special residence permit by complying with the requirements established in the Immigration and Foreigners Law and other regulatory provisions. 

The National Migration Institute, in consultation with the Secretariat of State in the Offices of Labor and Social Security, will verify the conditions of hiring according to the modalities provided in the Regulations of this Law.
