Vaccination and health: a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is only required if the traveler has been in transit for more than 12 hours in airports of countries with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission.
 

Countries with a risk of Yellow Fever transmission, where vaccination against this disease is mandatory:

1. Central America: Panama (some areas of the country are at risk of transmission).
2. South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guyana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, Venezuela, and Paraguay.
3. Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Kenya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe and Togo.
4. Travelers in Transit entering Honduras who have stayed for a period of less than 12 hours in an airport or international port of a country at risk of Yellow Fever transmission will not be required to be vaccinated against this disease, according to WHO recommendations.

Visa not required.

Documents to present 

1. You can enter without a passport, through the Central American Convention of free mobility or CA-4.
2. They can present Identity Card (ID) or passport. Minors must have a passport.
3. Yellow fever certificate if required. If you present it: it must have a validity of 10 days prior to your entry to Honduras and if the date of application does not exceed 10 years.
4. Register on the Prechequeo platform, on the internet maximum of 72 hours before for all foreigners, including transit travelers. Registration is free of charge. This must be done before traveling, here.
5. Round trip air ticket or travel itinerary as proof of return travel.
