Measures related to COVID-19
1. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: antigen, ELISA and RT-PCR. This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated.
2. A completed "immigration pre-check" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be submitted online before departure at https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn
Vaccination and health: A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is only required if you have been for more than 12 hours at airports in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission. http://bit.ly/2EXzuTm
Requires consular visa category "B". The "simple visa" allows you to stay in the country for 30 days.
Documentation to present:
- Completed application form
- two passport size photographs
- passport valid for at least six months
- your name,
address and telephone number (in case the Consular Section needs to contact you) - flight itinerary
- letter of invitation
- indication of any visas you have from other countries
- photocopy of proof of payment
In addition, if you are a foreign person in the country where you are applying for the visa, you must indicate your migratory status as a resident (student, tourist, etc.).
This process must be made in person at the offices of the Consular Section of the country of origin.
