Procedure Process

Vaccination and health: Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is only required if you have been in transit for more than 12 hours in airports of countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.

Tourist visa is required.

The "simple visa" allows you to stay in the country for 30 days.

Documentation to be submitted:

  1. Completely filled out application form.
  2. Two passport size photographs.
  3. Passport valid for at least six months.
  4. Information of your name.
  5. Address and telephone number (in case the Consular Section needs to contact you).
  6. Flight itinerary, letter of invitation,
  7. Indicate what other visas from other countries you have.
  8. Copy of proof of payment.
  9. Make the "pre-check", 72 hours before when the visa is approved.

This procedure must be done in person at the offices of the Consular Section of the country of origin.
