Vaccine and health: Visas and vaccines: All travelers must present the International Certificate of Vaccination against yellow fever, if they are coming from countries defined by PAHO/WHO as having active transmission and at this time:

Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela and from the African Continent, all countries, Tanzania, Sao Tome and Principe and Somalia.
No visa is required.
Belongs to the Central America 4 Agreement (CA-4) that establishes free movement for its citizens across borders. You can stay ninety (90) days maximum. To stay additional time they need to request an extension at any migration office of one of the 4 countries if they plan to stay for more than 90 days.

Complete vaccination schedule against COVID-19, those who do not comply with the complete vaccination schedule, must present a negative result of RT-PCR for COVID-19, performed in a period not exceeding 72 hours, before entering the country. Children under 03 years of age are exempted from this requirement, i.e. no vaccination schedule or PCR test will be required upon entry into the country. These requirements are only indispensable for travelers over 03 years of age.

Vaccination card against yellow fever, in case of coming from a country at risk (according to WHO list), which has no expiration date, provided that the vaccination card is in good condition.

Economic solvency.

At the entrance to the country, to cancel tourism tariffs, according to the General Law of Tourism (tourism card of 10 dollars).
