COVID-19 restrictions:
Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Tests accepted are: NAAT, PCR, RNA, RT-PCR and TMA. A rapid antigen test is also accepted for passengers between 2 and 11 years and for passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Covishield), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTec (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac. A combination of vaccines is accepted. The test must be uploaded at www.travel.gov.bs
Health: Vaccination against yellow fever required if arriving within 10 days after leaving or transiting Angola, Argentina, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Rep., Chad, Colombia, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cote d'Ivoire, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, French Guiana, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda or Venezuela.
Visa not required. You are not required to have a Bahamas visa if the stay is less than 3 months. You must have a return ticket or onward journey ticket, hotel confirmation (if staying at a hotel, or name and address of residence) and, if requested, proof of funds to support your visit.
