Service Description:  The purpose of this procedure is to determine the corresponding labor benefits for the employee, taking into account the salary earned, the time of work in the company, among other elements required to establish what corresponds.

• To Whom It Is: Directed Employers and workers of decentralized companies of the State and the private sector.
• Requirements: The citizen goes to the Local Labor Representation according to its location. A labor inspector, who, based on the information provided by the citizen, will proceed to make the calculations of the corresponding labor benefits and will validate the result. The process can also be carried out online.
