Now, the Migratory Procedures Guide in English and French

To provide a better service, the National Migration Institute has made available to foreigners the Migration Procedures Guide translated into English and French. As part of the tools that the Institute provides to users for carrying out processes in the country, now the Migration Procedures Guide for employers and foreigners who wish to enroll in paid activities in Mexico can be found in Spanish, English and French.

Do you have to renew your immigration document and you are currently not in Mexico?

If you had to leave the national territory and the immigration document that proves your residence in Mexico expires while you are abroad, do not worry! You can enter back to the country even if your document has expired, as long as no more than fifty-five calendar days have passed since the expiration date. In this case, you will not be penalized. You only have to submit the renewal request within five business days after you enter the country.

Are you carrying out a procedure with the National Institute of Migration in Mexico?
