Measures related to COVID-19
1. Passengers without a negative COVID-19 antigen or NAAT test taken at most 72 hours before arrival are subject to a test upon arrival at their own expense. The test result must be in English or Spanish. This does not apply to:
- passengers with Laissez-Passer;
- passengers younger than 12 years;
- passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.
2. Passengers could be subject to quarantine for 72 hours at their own expense. This does not apply to passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival.
3. A completed "Declaracion Jurada de Salud" must be presented upon arrival. The form can be obtained at https://www.panamadigital.gob.pa/RegistroPacoViajero
4. Residency permits issued by Panama that expired after 1 July 2021 are accepted for entry until 30 April 2022.

It requires a stamped visa or tourist card. The stamped visa does not require prior authorization from the Immigration Department and can be obtained either at the Panamanian Consulate or brought already stamped from the tourist's country of origin. The tourist card is obtained directly at the Panama airport.
Documentation needed: Valid passport, valid for at least 3 months, return ticket and documents to enter another country of destination and economic solvency.
